TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

Assessment Methodology

The assessment organises self-reported interests, learning preferences, work values, subject comfort and decision readiness into transparent dimensions.

How it works

Scores describe the pattern of the student’s own answers. They are not IQ scores, medical findings or independently validated clinical psychometric diagnoses. Results should be treated as discussion and exploration prompts.

Important limits

Career and stream suggestions are produced by mapping response dimensions to documented pathway characteristics. Every recommendation should explain supporting evidence, cautions and alternatives rather than presenting a mysterious single answer.

Our commitment

Students can improve decisions by testing suggestions through projects, subject exposure, official eligibility checks and conversations with qualified educators or practitioners.

What the student completes

  • A separate 60-item Class 10 or 64-item Class 12 structured journey
  • Thirty activity-based interest items with five items in each RIASEC exploration area
  • Study behaviour plus Class 10 subject engagement or Class 12 course engagement and planning priorities
  • Separate age-appropriate numerical, logical, verbal and spatial reasoning screens
  • Response-quality, rapid-response and repetitive-pattern checks

How recommendations are produced

Self-reported dimensions, short answer-based activities and supplied academic context are combined using versioned pathway rules. Results show supporting reasons, cautions, alternatives and practical evidence to collect. No single score makes the final decision.

Validation status and limitations

This is evidence-informed structured career discovery, not a clinical diagnosis, independently normed psychometric test or aptitude certificate. Formal pilot testing, reliability/validity evidence, fairness checks and professional review are required before stronger scientific claims.

How families should use a report

  1. Verify eligibility through official sources.
  2. Compare cost and realistic alternatives.
  3. Complete the seven-day career trial.
  4. Compare Plan A, B and C calmly.
  5. Seek qualified professional help where appropriate.
