Information we process

We may process account and verification details, class and profile information, assessment responses, saved shortlists, support messages, payment status and essential security logs. Razorpay processes payment credentials; MyStreamPath does not store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

Why we use it

Information is used to provide accounts, assessments, reports, purchases, support, security, fraud prevention and legally required records. We do not sell personal information or secretly change recommendations for advertisers.

Children and parent awareness

Students who are minors should use the service with parent or guardian knowledge. The platform is educational decision support and does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis.

Retention and deletion

Account and report information is kept while needed to deliver the service, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Users may request account or assessment-data deletion through support. Payment and dispute records may be retained where required by tax, accounting, consumer-protection or fraud-prevention obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal information and may withdraw optional communications. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a privacy request.
